Tonight at work i had a front row seat to a really bad accident. There were these group of race bike riders that were going fast on the highway. When out of nowhere there was this loud noise. I heard the noise and then saw the fire in the middle of the highway. I didn't see the accident but call 911 to report the fire. I later learned that a guy on the bike was badly hurt. A car went out of control and hit a pole that fell on the middle of the highway. IDK if the car hit the biker or not. Its a really bad accident. The police had close off the highway for 3 1/2 hours to collected evidence.
My prayers go out to the family of the biker, driver of the car and anyone else involved in the accident. I hope everyone is OK. I really shaken up by this and it scared the hell out of me. Io have happen right there and to hear it is not a pleasant experience.This is something i will never forget.
One of my guys friends is in the military and over seas now. He has one of these racing bikes. I hope from on now he will be safe when he rides it. i let him know this last night. i wish him home safe.
update: the guy was 23 year old Jacob C. Theriot of Lafayette. i will b praying for him, his family, and friends in this time of loss.

Axl Demands Withdrawal of All Quotes Regarding Sydney 500

According to Australia's rock station Triple M, Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose has demanded the withdrawal of all his quotes used on the official press release that was sent around the country announcing the band's upcoming appearance at this year's Sydney 500 V8 Supercars street race.
Guns N' Roses will make its second trip to Australia since 1993 when it performs a one-off gig on Saturday, December 4, at ANZ Stadium, following the weekend's first event around the Olympic Park circuit.
"To mix Guns with this massive Sydney event will be a blast," Rose was quoted as saying in the original press release.
"We will be in Europe just before we head to Sydney so it will be great to come out and chill around Australia for a while, spend a bit of time getting around and soaking up the relaxed Aussie vibe.
"When we came back in 2007 it had been about 14 years between tours in Australia and we had a complete ball.
"Bring on Sydney and the V8 Supercars. Hopefully I can get a ride in one of those big beasts while I'm there."
According to The Daily Telegraph, it's believed V8 Supercars officials are paying Guns N' Roses more than AUD $1 million (around USD $886,000) to perform the solitary gig, included in the AUD $91 price (around USD $80) of Saturday's admission.

GUNS N' Roses frontman Axl Rose wants to tear up the track when his band headlines the Sydney round of the V8 Supercar race.
The singer is desperate to drive a V8 Supercar ahead of his performance at ANZ Stadium on Saturday, December 4.
The US rock band have announced they will be returning to Australia for the first time since 2007 to help celebrate the return of the Sydney motor race.
"Bring on Sydney and the V8 Supercars. Hopefully I can get a ride in one of those big beasts while I'm there," says Rose.
"Fast cars and rock'n'roll. I love racing and I love everything about the show.
"To mix Guns with this massive Sydney event will be a blast. Some of our biggest fans are Aussies, and we love coming down there."
The Hollywood rockers have not ruled out gigs in other cities, but the Telstra 500 will be their only Sydney date, organisers have confirmed.
The band's arrival will follow an extensive tour of Europe as patient audiences finally get to hear live cuts from Chinese Democracy.
The album famously took nine years to make before it was finally released by Rose in 2008.
The singer is the only remaining original member of Guns N' Roses, which has sold more than 100 million records worldwide since forming in 1985.

Crazy woman at work.
I WORK AT A HOTEL AND PULLING A DOUBLE SHIFT. THIS MAN CAME TO CHECK HIS OLD LADY IN FOR A FEW DAYS. THIS WOMAN IS COMPLETELY NUTS. SHE IS ON SOME KIND ON DRUGS. Former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash has commented on the countersuit filed by his former GN'R bandmate, Axl Rose, against the singer's former manager, Irving Azoff, claiming that Azoff tried to bully Rose into doing a reunion tour with the original Guns lineup.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rose claims in his suit that Azoff did everything he could to sabotage the current version of Guns after Rose said no to the reunion idea last year, alleging that Azoff tried "devising and implementing a secret plan to set up Rose and the band for failure so that Rose would have no choice but to reunite with the original Guns N' Roses members."
Rose's suit adds, "Upon realizing that he couldn't bully Rose and accomplish his scheme, Azoff resigned and abandoned Guns N' Roses on the eve of a major tour, filing suit for commissions he didn't earn and had no right to receive."
The claim also added that Azoff, in his own lawsuit, deliberately used Rose's real name, William Bailey, because it "carries significant emotional damage from Rose's childhood."
Speaking to VH1 Radio Networks' Dave Basner, Slash stated about Rose's countersuit, "I don't even know what that's about. I don't know where Axl is coming from. I mean, I know where Irving is coming from — he's looking for commissions for a tour that he booked. [It's a] pretty reasonable kind of thing. Axl's countersuing, so I'm not sure exactly what the merit is that he's countersuing, exactly. Anyways, I don't keep up with that, I don't follow it."
Rose is suing Azoff for at least $5 million, claiming breach of fiduciary duty, constructive fraud and breach of contract.
Azoff issued a statement in which he said, "On advice of counsel I cannot respond at this time, but will discuss in my upcoming book, 'My Life with William Bill Bailey'."
Rose was sued in March for nearly $2 million in unpaid commissions by Azoff's Frontline Management.
